How Do We Get Started?
The process starts with solidworks for CAD/CAM. This lets us create and transform your innovative ideas into product designs. In turn CAM drives the CNC machines and tools required to machine your part. The CNC program acts as instructions for the CNC machine by submitting commands to the onboard computer dictating the action and movements of the tool on the raw material. Once the program is initiated its now up to the machine to take those commands and perform all of the necessary machine operations to produce a custom machined part.
We typically machine metallic parts ranging from Aluminum, Stainless Steels, Nickel Alloy 626 and 718, Titanium, 17-4ph and 15-5ph and even Alloy X. Additionally we can source and supply the bar stock in any shape and spec to meet your unique requirements. Not to mention we work with some of the best material suppliers in the country to provide you the right material for your industrial or Aerospace project. We can perform multi axis milling, turning and high speed machining. Inspection is done with and optical comparator and other certified inspection tools including height gauges and bore mics.
