This corrugated and braided stainless steel hose gives the steam hose flexibility and is tough enough to handle extreme temperatures (high temperature air hose). These flexible steam hoses also have a vibration dampening effect to reduce wear and tear on equipment. Our hoses also work well in really cold cryogenic applications.

This hose assembly is equipped with a 37° JIC flared connection on one end and a male NPT pipe thread on the other end. This will allow you to connect to a female NPT and a Male 37° flared existing connection. We can customize the hose to any length you require and below is some additional information on pressures and bend radius dependent on the diameter of the hose. The pressures below are with a single layer of braid. Double layer braid is available upon request and will increase working pressure.

These hoses also have a vibration dampening effect to reduce wear and tear on equipment.

This hose assembly is equipped with a 150# fixed weld neck flange on one end and a lap joint (floating flange) on the other end. The floating flange rotates to allow easy bolt hole alignment. We can customize the hose to any length you require and below is some additional information on pressures and bend radius dependent on the diameter of the hose. The pressures below are with a single layer of braid. Double layer braid is available upon request and will increase working pressure.

MAWP ratings are based on 150# flanges. Other flange classes are available upon request. Higher flange class will increase working pressure.
