Below are some examples of Fabricated Tube Assemblies we have done for our customers. In the pictures you see examples of GE Power turbine tube assemblies, nickel 718 fuel manifold for an aerospace customer and even some bent tube welded on to the end of a flexible metal hose assembly. We do a wide range of fabricated bent tube assemblies at Aero-Flex.

Below are some examples of ASME rigid piping assemblies we have done for our customers. We can fabricate a single assembly or a full Piping System for you. Most of the piping you see below is for our OEM Power Turbine customers like GE and PW Power Systems. Our welders are certified to ASME B31.1 and B31.3 for these type of piping assemblies.

Below are some examples of CNC Machined Parts we have done for our customers. We have some customers that want us to provide a stand alone high precision CNC machined part while others need a custom machined fitting for a bent tube assembly or flexible metal hose assembly. Either way we are able to provide the exact machined part for your specific assembly or application.
